I love the month of November. I love pumpkin lattes, pie, and bread. I love cornbread dressing. I love the thought of an entire month devoted to having an attitude of Thanksgiving (if only we could continue the other 11 months). And I love a giveaway! I will be giving away a custom family tree canvas from Peace, Love, & Crafts.

Besides being thankful for all the things that I would normally put down on a list-- my husband, my kids, a job, a roof over our heads-- I really am thankful for this blog you are doing. And I know that sounds crazy maybe, but I am thankful for you and the woman of God you are. I may not post my comments all the time, but I do read on a regular basis and try to keep up with all the good suggestions and teachings you share. I am thankful that you are such a good wife and mother and that you can share that with me (and everyone else). Even if you touch one life (mine!) with this blog, that means it is a success and it is totally worthwhile. You have made me think about things in my life that I need to change and do better at. I have taken a look at some things in my life that I knew I needed to work on but I thought I could just put on the back burner because I am "too busy." I have realized that I need to rearrange some prioroties and take more time to be with Him each day. I have realized that I need to take more time to work on me and less time worrying about the small things that do not really matter in the big scheme of things-- like this big pile of laundry that is staring at me right now. So, please know that I am thankful for you as a cousin, as a fellow Christian, and as a friend. Love ya!
